Well as I move on with this repair it has gone further with adding Electrical and Plumbing to the job,

Well now I would say this Kitchen has moved to a Remodel job, I will add a new window and change plumbing with water and gas lines. I found that someone had used copper for gas lines in basement. I changed it all over to Code Black pipe with fittings, I also helped move refridgerator and stove to the basement to set up a make shift Kitchen.

Electrical work begins. I will add new outlets and switches for lighting under cabinets.

This riser had to be removed, since it was sticking into the room
