This is the rear of the house, I do the power washing to remove any loose paint and stucco, being that this house has stress cracks in the walls, I used  a mason hammer and chisel to remove the old repairs and then I would clean out the stress cracks with a duster brush.

Before I power washed the back of the house

Here I started power washing and removing any loose mortar from the old repairs

I had to remove this down spout cause I had to make repairs behind it the block and stucco had fallen out at some point in time.

After removing it you can see how the water when it rained would get into the house

Here I removed the mortar to find cracks that measured 2" wide at points

The stress cracks above these three step windows was starting to fail, Someone had filled the cracks with mortar

I opened these cracks up so I could use a grout bag with cement stucco mix, I also added metal lath to give the cement more strenght

This is the Ivy that had been growning on this house for the past twenty years, the new homeowners removed it before I power washed it

I filled the smaller stress cracks on this wall with latex mason caulk then I primed it with Benjamin Moore's Block Filler to seal it before we painted

The next building to be washed repair stucco then prime and paint

We had to put up a large blue trap to keep paint chips from going into the neighbors built in pool
