More Repairs

Here the wall is primed and now I will spackle and caulk as needed then paint.

Now after the painting of the ceiling and walls I cleaned up.

As you can see the repair blends in with the wall. All this room needs is some furniture.

This was a job I got called out to give a price to spray popcorn texture, The Homeowner had done some of his own repairs to save some money, He also called a few other contractors.He got one price of over six thousand. I couldn't believe that, The job took me one day of 7 hours by myself and then the ceiling needed a second coat of ceiling paint which took me another 2 hours. I charge the guy less then a thousand.

I scraped down the ceiling to remove most of the old texture, This way when I resprayed with the popcorn texture the ceiling would cover and give a more even look to it. Cause in some areas the roll texture that was in the Kitchen and some of the Hallway was uneven,

In the Hallway he had to replace some of the old ceiling due to water leak from the roof. This I had to prime to seal the new sheetrock, I like to use Benjamin Moore's Fresh Start primer it has a better coverage then other primers I have used over the years. I have used Sherwin-Williams and Pittsburge Paints and they don't cover.
