Now I installed sheetrock and taped and base coat to fill in edges of repair

Here I have Base coated the sheetrock to bring it flush with the ceiling

Then I skim coat the repair, after it drys out over night I finish the repair up and get it ready for paint

Then I prime the repair and spackle as needed before I paint the ceiling

This is the ceiling after I painted it out, then I finished painting the the walls. Clean up and it's a done deal

Here the paint peeled off the walls of this Livingroom,

When I have paint that is still tight on the wall I will base coat the edges

Then I will base coat over the whole repair so the wall is nice and smooth. The next page has pictures showing how this room turned out.
